I have been sitting at my computer figuring out how to convey my thoughts to you. For quite some time I have been going back and forth about whether we should take a break from writing devotionals and producing videos. I have peace with the decision of pushing the pause button. I don’t know if this means temporarily or permanently.
The Lord has put it on my heart to take this school year to write a book. I want to give New Beginnings my whole heart, and with me writing a book I can’t do both well. I know my amazing team could carry the vision on without me, but I believe they too have an assignment from God for this next chapter in their lives.
I have a lot I want to do in ministry, including a podcast, but it will be in God’s timing. As of now we will keep our website up because we have a daily prayer for you to read over your life and family, and we will have our past devotionals and videos for you to read and watch. I may blog from time to time to keep you updated, so check out the blog section on our website. www.AFreshStartAtLife.com
We have poured our hearts and souls into ministering to women for several years. It has been an incredible journey, and we have seen many women set free, healed and saved through our conferences, devotionals and videos. If you are one who has been impacted by this ministry it warms my heart. Since the beginning I have said, “It is all worth it, even if we impact just one person’s life.”
I want to extend a sincere thank you to my team and former team members who faithfully served New Beginnings. I cannot thank you enough for all you have done to reach the lives of women near and far. I am richly blessed by your hearts of service. I also want to thank my father-in-law, Mark Baker, who selflessly gave of his time to produce our amazing website and post all our devotionals, prayers and videos.
For you dear reader, my prayer is that you will grow closer to God each day. Just to be able to wake up and breathe is a gift from God. I pray you will always choose to have a heart of gratitude, and see the glass half full rather than half empty. I thank you with all my heart for allowing us to speak into your life weekly. It has been a great honor and privilege.
With all my love,
